I got the cutest invitation to my cousin’s wedding the other day and it inspired me to put together a wedding color story. He may not agree with the cute part, but it’s just so fun and unique for a wedding invitation. I know it’s kind of hard to see, I definitely do not pride myself as a photog, but the end panel is actually perforated and also happens to be the response card. All folded up, the front of the invitation reads, “Ten Years to the Day,” and that’s no joke. They are getting married exactly 10 years after they met.
Yellow is such a happy color, and paired back to green it’s perfect for a city wedding in August.
