In honor of New Year’s, which somehow always manages to sneak up on me, this inspiration board is all about ringing it in.

I don’t know about you, but I find Etsy can be wholly overwhelming. Love the site, but sometimes I just want to look at things that appeal to me without having to scroll through page after page. Well, maybe the lovely people at Etsy were feeling the same way because they recently launched their “taste test.” It’s a quick quiz like process (it’s all pictures) that creates pages of products based on the things you like. The first question looks like this, but if you don’t see anything that appeals to you, you can refresh the options and try again. It’s a lovely thing, and a great way to start dropping those Valentine Day hints. Yea I said it, Christmas is almost so done for the year. Enjoy the holiday!

Right now is such a great time to think about buying gifts for your bridesmaids. Even if you wedding is next fall, there are so many deals and great pieces to be had. If you happen to be an advance planner, or someone who resolves to be every year, this is one thing you can easily (and inexpensively) knock off your list.

{Charlotte Russe Flower Necklace, $12.50, Anthropologie Ribbon Necklace, $36, J.Crew Pearl Necklace, $69, Urban Outfitters Layered Teardrop Necklace, $29, Forever 21 Faceted Teardrop Necklace, $6}
This lovely little Marc by Marc Jacobs beachy scarf inspired today’s post. Coral is so major for spring,and I liked the non-typical pairing of coral back to grey here. It’s a refreshing take on a color that gets a whole lot of wear in the bridal world.

I love this time of year because the special edition candy cane ice cream is finally back in stores. I’m not a huge fan of peppermint in general, but put it in a vat of wholesome ice cream goodness and I am all about it. So, in the holiday spirit, this week’s inspiration board was inspired by the red and white stripe treat we all know, and love (at least in some form or another).

You must check out Emma Stein Jewelry. It’s is a great resource for bridesmaid gifts, shower thank you’s, holiday presents, holiday parties, or retail therapy because you are stressed from wedding planning and need something new and sparkly. Whatever the reason, her prices are a-mazing. All of the earrings below are less than $40!

The great thing about the Jim Hjelm collection is that there is a wide variety of dresses to choose from. Currently, I am having a love affair with these ball gowns. He also has some great jersey bridesmaid dresses, perfect for packing, for those far away weddings.

I’ve kind of got pink on the brain. This is something I thought I would NEVER (ever, ever) say, but it seems preparing for a baby girl has already changed me. So this week it’s pink and red.

I am a big fan of taking a soft neutral color and mixing it with a bright bold one. Perfect for any locale.

These robes by Pretty Plum Sugar are the bomb, and would be fun to give as gifts to your bridesmaids. All the getting ready pictures would come out even better, plus it really is something your girls could use again.
