I don’t know about you, but I find Etsy can be wholly overwhelming. Love the site, but sometimes I just want to look at things that appeal to me without having to scroll through page after page. Well, maybe the lovely people at Etsy were feeling the same way because they recently launched their “taste test.” It’s a quick quiz like process (it’s all pictures) that creates pages of products based on the things you like. The first question looks like this, but if you don’t see anything that appeals to you, you can refresh the options and try again. It’s a lovely thing, and a great way to start dropping those Valentine Day hints. Yea I said it, Christmas is almost so done for the year. Enjoy the holiday!

Right now is such a great time to think about buying gifts for your bridesmaids. Even if you wedding is next fall, there are so many deals and great pieces to be had. Despite my flu shot this year, I still got sick. I don’t think it’s the flu, but all I want to do today is stay in bed and eat chicken noodle soup. My head does not have the capacity to pick faves for this week, other than being able to breathe regularly without coughing. It really seems like it’s been a while since I have felt this crappy, and after consulting the expired-in-2009 cold meds I found in our bathroom, I guess it has been. Fortunately I do not have too much planned this weekend so I hope to be back on the blogging front by Monday. Have a great weekend!
It has been so freakishly cold, and I live in the South ya’ll. I didn’t think I signed up for this when I moved back from NYC. Anywho, I fell in love with this color palette because it’s warm and happy, yet subtle. Most beachy color schemes tend to use brights, which are great too, but this gives another option for someone who likes color, but doesn’t want it to scream.
